We are Matt and Amanda Mino. In 2015, we took a leap of faith and ventured out on our own, creating pizza made with real ingredients and a little extra spice. With more than a decade of experience in the pizza industry and more than 25 years in the hospitality arena, we’ve developed not only a business, but also a family.
